PLEASE HELP with PRINTING from SMARTSOURCE'S website!!!

I tried several months ago and naively tried again hoping it would work ...
I am trying to print coupons from the Smartsource website and when I go to print them (with my printer hooked up) it tells me I need to download / activate something but then it won't really let me ... has anyone else had problems getting to these coupons??????
