Original total: $73.84

MVP discounts: -$12.69

Total paid: $41.80

And I received another free Tampax catalina! That's the third time I've received this catalina, but I haven't figured out yet what's triggering it because I've been buying all different kinds of things.

I wanted more Bird's Eye, but the freezer had been cleaned out. I grabbed the last broccoli they had.

Walmart:
2 Sara Lee deli meats $3.98 each
2 Mahatma 1lb rice $1.22 each
3 Danimals crush cups $2.00 each
2 Bird's eye steamfresh broccoli $1.00 each
2 Little Lenders bagels $1.84 each
Kashi granola bars $2.78
2 Monopoly card games $5.24 each
Scrabble card game $5.24

Original total: $42.90

Coupons: 2 $4 off Monoply, $4 off Scrabble, Free Kashi product (from doing a survey for Kashi a few months ago), 2 $.50 off Mahatma rice, 3 $1 off any Dannon yogurt (from the Dannonomics promotion last year), 2 $.50 off Little Lenders bagels, 2 $1 off Sara Lee

Discount: $3.14

Total paid: $17.98

I've been looking for the single serve Dannon cups of yogurt that I could use my Dannonomics coupons on, but it seems like just as soon as I completed the Dannonomics and got my coupons in, ALL of the stores in this town stopped carrying the single cups. They still sell Activia and Danimals, but no Dannon yogurt cups. And when I tried Activia last year, I found it to be very, very bad. I love yogurt and eat it all the time, but I did not like Activia at all because it had a sour cream taste to it (and I hate sour cream).

I wanted to get the Sorry card games too, but for some reason the $4 Sorry coupons would not work on the card games so the cashier gave me those coupons back. And there was only one Scrabble game left on the rack so I could only get one of those. I'm saving these for last minute gifts because someone in my family is always calling to tell me their kid is having a birthday party in an hour. I'm tired of having to rush out to buy something or else stuff money into an envelope with no card, so I'm putting together a few gifts to keep on hand.

Also, I forgot to use the Bird's Eye coupons I had!

Aldi:
Bananas $.93
Cantaloupe $1.89
Red grapes $1.98
Mangos $1.90

Total paid: $6.83

I love that Aldi is right across the street from Walmart. I don't shop at Walmart very often because I don't like dealing with the crowds, but it is nice that when I do stop by there to pick up the few things Walmart can give me a better deal on, I can then just go right across the street to get my produce really cheap.

Merchandise total: $251.23
Total spent: $107.18
Rebates received since 3/1/10: $20.46
Adjusted total spent: $86.72

    Walgreens on 3/8:
    Walgreens Ace wrist brace $7.99
    Peeps chicks $.79
    Excedrin $3.99 SALE
    Pepcid $9.99

Original total: $23.87 ($27.87 before sales)

Coupons: $5 RR, $1 off Pepcid, $2 off Walgreens Ace braces, Free Excedrin, $.40 off Peeps ad coupon

    Total paid: $11.48

Husband needed Pepcid and I needed a wrist brace since I forgot mine at home today and have to wear it while I'm at the computer (which is all day). Luckily, I remembered that the Diabetes & You magazine usually had Walgreens Ace coupons in it and the pharmacy had a couple of copies still available.

One weird thing, that Pepcid coupon kept beeping when the cashier scanned it. I had read it carefully to make sure there wasn't a size requirement and it just said any Pepcid, Immodium, etc. The cashier checked my bag and saw that I had bought Pepcid, checked the coupon again, and then pushed it through since according to the wording on the coupon I had bought an eligible item that it was good for.:shrug7:

Cover Girl powder $0 BOGO SALE

    Total paid: $23.92

Will receive $10 SCR for $30 of P&G products

I wanted some White Strips and I had a $10 coupon I'd received through a home mailer a few months ago. With the coupons and the SCR on P&G products this month, it makes my total after rebate $13.92 for all of the above, which is a really great deal on the white strips. The Cadbury egg was added just because I can't resist them. :)
