My favorite Rite Aid is closing :(

I am so sad! Today I found out my favorite Rite Aid is closing at the beginning of the year. We have one other Rite Aid in town, but I really don't like that one. They're not as coupon friendly and just not as friendly in general as this one. And I found this out right after going to the Food Lion that ALWAYS gives me a hard time over my coupons, no matter if they're directly from the manufacturer or not. I was trying to get a pack of free Jell-O Mousse Temptations for my House Party in a few weeks. The coupon is one per person, per transaction, so I wanted to get an early start buying them one at a time. The coupon is from the manufacturer and I had no internet printables that I was using on anything else. But lately it's just always a long drawn out drama trying to use any coupons--IPs, inserts, magazines, anything--at that store.

So it's just been a sad afternoon all around. :sad: :hectic1:

The cashier at Rite Aid did tell me that they're going to mark everything down after Christmas, so maybe I can snag some deals one last time at that store before they're gone for good. :sad:
