Lots of lights..... but no power yet

I need to download my pictures but yesterday brought the electrical crew back again.
They needed to redo the meter box. Apparently our electric company (one of 4 in NH) is the only one that uses a special meter that they supply when you request one. But in all the phone calls to them, not once was this mentioned.
So while they were here, they hung up 3 of the outside lights, and all the ceiling fixtures inside, ran the power to our boiler, etc.
The heating man was here too and got all the lines run to all the rooms, except for the toe kick heater in the kitchen, which he'll do some night this week. Also we need to get the oil tank placed inside and the lines run for that and also the gas lines run for the gas dryer and stove.
Painting will be happening inside today and as soon as that's done, we'll have the carpets put down and then the rest of the woodwork, door frames, etc will be done.
Also, need to put insulation down in the basement along the walkout wall.
and then we're pretty much stuck until we get that silly electrical pole installed in the yard. And then the lines run to the new pole and then to the house.
so we continue to wait... in the dark.....
