7/22 progress report

I think I promised you all pictures, but that'll have to wait another day.. :frown:
We did make some more progress today. The house is getting closer to being sided. They got 2 of the corner channel pieces installed as well as the very bottom vinyl piece attached on the front and the sides.
Also the window in my basement laundry room has been installed. (Still 2 other windows and the double doors to be installed.)
They also dug a trench from our existing well to the house and the electrical cord for the pump as well, although none of the hookups will be made until the end, so that we can still have water in our old house for as long as possible.
The rain came pouring down tonight just as DH was getting home from work, so we also did some measuring on our own so that we could go buy the roof gutters and downspouts so that we won't always have the rain trench along the front and back of the house. I'm hoping to go on a price search mission for those tomorrow.
