Im officially moving in a couple weeks! We are moving to a 2 BR 2 FULL bath townhouse that is $200 cheaper on rent and also now no Water/Trash bill! That is about a $250 per month saving for our family! This will help our Budget so much!

DH and I have talked and we are moving when our lease is up. We pay $795.00 + water per month for a 3BR 2 FULL BATH 1 car garage duplex. We really have more room than what we need here! (We have a 3rd bedroom that is EMPTY and a garage we dont even park in that barely has anything in it!) That is just a waste of $money$! We are hoping to move by August across town into a 2BR 1.5 bath where we will be paying $550 a month and they pay water/trash! It just doesnt make sense to pay for unused space,...

My car finally went kerplunk! So, last weekend we spent time looking for a new car. I was *really* hesitant and nervous about this. Like I mentioned we have been car payment free for SO long, about 4 years! It took almost 2 days for us to look around and finally decide! We ended up buying what we wanted to begin with! We bought a 2003 PT Cruiser Limited Edition (low mileage!)! Its fully-loaded with a sunroof and all the "works", including heated seats and MP3 plugins!...

Well, things have been difficult with this "living on a budget" ..... my car is DOWN again! DH and I are really debating whether or not we should jump into a car payment. We havent had one in almost 4 years! DHs car only had 6 months left when we got married (almost 5 years ago!) and my car I just recently bought for hardly anything. It isnt brand new, but it got me where I needed to go ..... CVS! haha J/K! So, the problem a couple weeks ago was the rear Wheel Bearing...

Its time to get everything together and start a budget for 2008!
