How do you file your weekly coupon flyers?

I use to drive myself crazy trying to keep my inserts in order. I kept improving my strategy & now have a pretty good system.
I bought 4 plastic bins, and labeled them January/May/September, Feb/June/Oct, March/July/Nov, April/August/December. When I get my weekly flyers ( usually I get multiple copies), I take each flyer (ex. SS, RP, P&G) & put all same pages together. Then I staple through each set of different coupon (all the $1 off Tide, or 50c off Dawn, etc.) . Then I put the flyer back together & write the date on the front cover. I file it in that months bin in date order. By the time I need that bin again for a new month (ie:January, then May, then Sept), I go through & cut out any coupons that haven't expired & file them. There are usually only a few left. Then I have an empty box to start the new months coupon inserts.
