I did the Duracell battery MM last night and this morning. It was AWESOME! Everything worked out like everyone said it would (first time for me).

When it was all said and done (4 transactions later) I spent $12 OOP and brought home a $15 ECB.

As I type this, DH is at Home Depot buying shelving for our garage With a 10% coupon of course LOL. I came home with the weekend loot and he just shook his head. The pantry is to the brim full. The extra closet (aka stockpile closet) is pretty full. And then there are things still in bags. So yay, I am getting shelving for a big stockpile!!!

Today was fun, everyone at all stores were nice and pleasant. A customer behind me in Publix asked how much I saved when my reciept...

So for this payperiod's grocery shopping, hubby and I went to Kroger. We got about $100 worth of things but paid $42 so we saved 56% there. I was really happy with this.

I went to CVS afterwards and they were doing tomorrow's sales early! I about died! I ran home, grabbed my Q's, and came back. I was only able to do a few things. I need tomorrow's paper to get more duracell Q's to finish out the deal and not lose money.

I got a few things, I was wondering if the sheves would be empty or not.
some things were and some were not.
my oop was 21.50 that is count a 17lb turkey!
the turkey was 10.06!
@ 59 cent lb, I got , I thought it was a good deal.
so I spent about 10.00 + the turkey.
