Today I found some really great deals. Here's what I got today. Missing from the picture is 29 various Zone Perfect and Atkins bars, and 1 Ken's Lite Accents salad dressing. Total OOP was $4.44


Sorry, I can't figure out how to make it smaller! I was very proud of my deals today! I also got pasta for .33 cents today, and plan on going back for more tomorrow! LOL

I've just returned from Walgreens. I do not have the excited feeling I was expecting, in fact, it's the opposite. I'm frustrated!!

I spent about an hour this afternoon reading the deals everyone got from Wags, cut my coupons and organized them and then went to get the deals. I even had them written out on a note pad to make sure I knew what to buy.

Once I was there (Walgreens on Mason Rd in Katy, TX) I realized that the Robitussin deal was not at this store. I went...

I wouldn't like goin back to the old way...spending 100dollars on something that will last only two days..or even less w/ us lol

Following the coupon class last Saturday I decided to Re- Org my coupons.
I had been saving the entire insert from the paper and writing the date it came in sharpy on the front then filling in a 3 ring binder with each week in a separate Sheet Protector... This worked great for me since I was not using anything but what came in the paper...
Each week I cut what I need put in an envelope and took only those coupons to the store.

I learned at the class that there are lots...

OK I fell off the wagon a bit... Yesterday was my Husbands B-Day and I got an Ice Cream Cake along with the Soup and a few misc things from the sale add..

I had coupons for the Majority of my stuff except Milk, aftershave for my son, and the cake
My % saved was only 32%

BTW - cake not so great next time I'll make it or go to a real ice cream place.....

Soooo I'm thinking maybe it should be 60% per Month as some shopping trips...
