According to this article the Clipless Coupons are in Sunday circulars. But from the forums here they seem to be a real unknown.

I like a good mystery and the very nature of this Clipless Coupon thing has me intrigued. While searching around I found someone had theorized they are linked to the CVS card, somehow, sort of .. LOL

So, why would Target distribute CCs in the Denver area...
