Although I did not spend anything this week, I earned a little.

I am getting $660 back for changing my homeowners insurance to a Landlord policy because we are now leasing it out.
(wish I knew that last year)

Made an extra $100 on Ebay this week.
(used to sell tons, but have slowed down quite a bit this year)

Sold a washer / dryer set on craigslist. $125
New tenants wanted to use thier own.

Got $10 Kroger gift card by having...

I did pretty good at CVS yesterday... here is what I got:

4 - Olay Cleanser
2 - Febreze
2 - Febreze Sprays
2 - Dawn
1 - Playtex 18 ct.
1 - Aquafresh Toothpaste
4 - Cover Girl Mascara
4 - Cover Girl Eye Shadow
1 - CVS Makeup Remover

All for a grand total of... $1.73!!!

The total savings was something like $118.04!!!

This wasn't the most exciting trip, but it's been fun to record my grocery shopping here - makes a nice accompaniment to my budget spreadsheet to track how I'm doing!



Total Spent: $1.06 - would have been a lot less, but my store's stock was severely depleted from the holiday, so I wasn't able to buy all the overage items I had planned. And I was having some serious chocolate cravings tonight, so forgoing...

Total spent: .74 cents - and got back a $5 off catalina towards my next purchase!!
Total saved: $95.60

Earned my first 10 cent fuel discount, and racked up $63.67 towards my next one!

And I got:

2 cheese sticks
Over 2 lbs. of organic bananas
3 lbs. of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
15 bottles of Pert Plus. (Anyone need the TMF rebate? )...
