Giant shopping trip - 12/31/07

Of course, needed to use those coupons before they expired.

My receipt says saved $31.82.

The bargains (sales) I went shopping for:
  • old spice/secret deorderant - 2/$5 plus a $1 on 2 coupon = $2 each.
  • Herbal Essence - $2.99 plus $1 coupon
  • Pert Plus - $4.49 plus $2.50 off of 2 and a $5 rebate = $0.74 each!
  • Campbell's soup at hand - $1.50 each and a .50 coupon (doubled) = $1 each

well the new year is here!!!

well i guess i am going to tell you all my hopes for the new year

1. is to keep track of all my saving, and to use more coupons and save more money

2. lose about 60 pounds

3. be more active

4. do more stuff with my kid

and that is about it for right now

I'm combining receipts with this trip. Even though the WT said one per purchase, the cashier and two managers interrupted that as one coupon per transaction. So DH had to do five transactions.
