I went to wal-mart and got some more steam able veggies at .96 each and used $1/2 coupons

So not free but 46cents each is not bad for steamed veggies

also got 5 cans of the Muir glen fire roasted tomatoes
5 @ $1.18

OOP='s .90

.18 cents apiece whoo hoo still not free but ooo well its pretty darn close to free...
