I really wish Smiths was like Albertsons. I get tired of doing so many transactions. At least at Albies, you can do as many in one as you want.

So we overbudgeted fro the vacation. We thought $1000 was appropriate for vacation. That included wedding gift, extra gas money, motel, extra eating out, and "stuff" (like toys for the sand).

Well, we had a great time. Our vacation (1-day only) was on Friday at Tybee Island outside of Savannah.

It was SO fun! Couldn't put the littlest one down on a blanket. She has learned how to "move" on the ground. But, that was the "worst" of it....

Just came back from a trip to D.C. Missed the Cherry Blossom Festival, again! My SO is there for a couple of weeks, so I took some days off around the weekend. Had a great time. Visited the Smithsonian, the National Museum of Natural History is my favorite, ate too much, spent a little too much, but what the hey! Monday I got some FAR stuff at Riteaid. Sunscreen, curly hair stuff and bag of chocolate. I also will send in the Bud rebate that is good on Sunscreen. That will make the sunscreen free.

Albertsons had paper plates, napkins, cups, etc. for .50 each. I bought some for party rebates. I thought the rebate had to exceed $3.00 but it was $2.00 so I ended up paying a few dollars more than planned. Still a good deal.

Bought 2 bags of Tostitos and 2 dips. Will make a profit...
