I went to campus and bought my fall books $491.?? + tax.
then across the street to target and it both of the gift cards deals ( drinks and razors), I did sobe drinks first with no coupons and got a $5 gc used that toward the razor deal with Q's. total OOP was 14.49 and I still have a $5 gc.

stopped by bi-lo's ( I should not take the kids) anyway I got OOP 40.71 and saved 32.72.

I had great fun on my shopping trip tonight. I tend to buy 99% of my grocery and household items at Safeway, because I get the best deals there, and most other stores are a 20 minute drive from me - and with gas prices as they are, it makes no sense to drive that far to save .50 cents. Today, I did meet up with the lady from Craigslist and sold a bunch of children's board books for $20! I am so happy that someone else can use the books that brought us such happiness... and that I can get just a little bit closer to my goal. I also sold a cute little sweater dress on Ebay. I bought it for $2 and sold it for 11.60 plus shipping. I am going to transfer $10 to my savings account and leave the rest in paypal for fees
