Today so far was the best Safeway trip for me.

I used 3 of the FREE Kraft/Wheat Thins/Oscar Meyer coupons when you buy 3 Kraft/Nabisco/Oscar Meyer products. I got all of 3s for free!

I even got some produce, fresh salmon, steak, some fruits, bread, frozen TGI Fridays appetizers, Lays' chips, Milk, Half & Half.

Total before coupons was $47.81.
Total after coupons was $33.34
Then I used the $20 Catalina from Summer Olympic promotion last month....

This week, K-mart is having a B1G1 sale on Covergirl foundation. I noticed that I also have 3 coupons for B1G1 on Covergirl foundation. I wasn't sure how many I should take, so I took 2 and used one coupon. The cashier had a hard time scanning the coupon. He called another cashier and she scanned it several times. I was ready to leave the stuff but she got it to scan. My total for (6) 10 pk Bic pens and 2 Covergirl Tru Blend Foundations was $0.32!!!

I made a trip to WM today to use up all my Kraft frees. Ironically, I decided to buy 3 All Yous becuase I needed to buy a lot of wheat thins for my free cheese wyb nabisco crackers, so now I have 9 MORE free wybs left...

I would also like to note that I have YET to have all my coupons correctly scanned on a trip to WM - Last time the cashier shorted me $2, this time the cashier rang up my OM frees as 3.48 instead of 2.48, so I underpaid $2. I feel bad for her, she was really sweet...

My grandpa has gone to be with Jesus. He passed away late Sunday night. We new he was going to die soon, but I guess I didnt know it would upset me this much. The really bad part is when I went home 2 weeks ago, I did not even get to see him. I am so mad at myself for not taking the time to see him. Now I will not get the chance again.
