Set up a trade at 4:30pm (day#1), they said it would go out the next morning (day #2), postmark isn't until day #3. So they come too late and one was supposed to be a .50/1 that would triple to 1.50, but they sent $1/2 which would be worthless to me had it come in time anyway.

I need to leave feedback, but I have NEVER in my life left negative, it seems to me this would not be positive though. What do you think?

Works out to $25/hr that I would have to earn to buy it. Hahaha, I'm making as much as an entry level RN and don't have to be away from my kids. And I now have the skills and a stockpile in the event of job loss (or worse) to not get in trouble.

I'm starting to get addicted :hysterical::hysterical:

Hmmm...I'm going to see how blogging on this site works for me. For an intro, I'm 29 momma to 2 girls. Myr is 6 (almost 7 :giggle2:) and Ella is just about 2. I have a wonderful husband, we've been best friends since we were 15 and he stuck by while I went around being a stupid kid. I primarily identify as "M&E's mom". I find nothing wrong with that being my identity, some women want to be "The CEO", some want to be "The Artist, Athlete, Musician, etc." All I ever wanted in life was to be mom. It doesn't make me less of a woman, it makes me a mom-woman!

What else? My gram and dad are super-savers and I was an accounting manager before I stayed home. So I come into numbers and cheapskating pretty easily. I'm a breastfeeding rights advocate, on the Advisory Council for FirstRight.org, I babywear and help teach other women how to do it and how easy (and NOT painful!) it is.

We live in Northern Virginia, in a teeny little apartment. My stockpile is stashed any little place I can get it. I'm a hoarder with all three classic psychopathologies: I worry I will need it someday, I worry I won't have the money to buy it again if I do need it, or I assign sentimental value to it. I am currently trying to unhoard my house. A big motivation has been stockpiling groceries, a hoard that will actually be useful. So I am making room for it. I get to satisfy my hoarding and don't keep crap around.

Hmmm...what else? Well, I CVS a LOT. I've gotten to be friendly with one main store (I have a few, but I really love just one) and they never have a problem helping me fix a screw up. Last night I was there and a lady noticed me with my binder and my calculator and started asking questions. We ended up talking for 3 hours! I referred her here and she watched me check out while the manager and I explained it as we went. The manager rocks, he actually gets that they get paid in the end. She must have asked me 10 times how much I ended up paying!

My grocery stores are Giant, Harris Teeter, Shoppers, Bottom Dollar, and Aldi. Giant is my main, they double up to $0.50 and are right up the street. Harris Teeter can be great if you are careful because they double up to $0.99, but they are 7 miles away from me, so gas prices allow one trip a week. Shoppers is right across the street, but doesn't double. Bottom Dollar doesn't double but their prices are pretty darned good on quite a few things. Aldi is the cheapest if you don't do any couponing or if you are need shopping instead of stockpile shopping.

I think that's about it, I'll post my CVS stuff up as soon as I have this week tallied. And I have to decide how to track my regular grocery stuff. Couponer's receipts can be super hard to read!
