I was really suprised when DH told me he would actually be okay with moving into a 2bdrm place. He was telling me how much he wants to get rid of a lot of stuff that we have. What a relief! I can count on one hand how many things I've bought for my kids brand new. The reason for this is we've always been blessed with friends who have kids around our kids' age. The downside to this is what I'm faced with today. TOO MANY CLOTHES!!! It's not so obvious until I start doing laundry and don't have room to put them away. I was able to reduce the number of clothes Cassie has and I'm hoping this will make a difference as far as the kids' bedroom getting cluttered. I don't know what happened...

I took some time to read the coupon 101 thread in the forums and it really helped me out. I've been feeling like I've gone a little crazy since discovering the rush I get when I get a REALLY great deal. I never considered that I wasn't alone in this, so when I read the other HCW members comments, I felt a lot better. So I was planning on buying coupons for the Clif Bars that are 10/10 at Safeway, but aparently the ones I bought last time expired. I did however buy a bunch of 75c/1 colgate toothpaste. They are on sale for $1.29 at Safeway, so after a double coupon, it will only cost me 4 cents per tube! It's not technically free, but it's close enough for me.
