I finished carving my two youngest DD's pumpkins this afternoon. For all the little curves and lines, they turned out pretty good and now we have Cinderella and a Dragon to proudly display. As for my older kids, I told them that they were on their own this year and that I wasn't doing any of the work for them. Yah right! I had one of those days where the list of "real" stuff that I needed to get was too long to ignore anymore. So out I went armed with coupons and my list in hand. On a good note, I saved 81% off of my grocery list. On a bad note, I saved $0.00 on my trip to Wallyworld. Ha! Yeah you read that right, $0.00! Realistically though, I bought a few food items, but the rest were non-food. Coupon-wise, could I have saved any money there? Probably, but the one coupon that I could use apparently expired...
