Well I am finally caught up on my coupon cleaning. Or almost at least. I sorted through and mailed out 2 stuffed envies full of expired coupons on Thursday to a very nice Christian lady in Indiana that accepts expired for the military, and I finished cutting last weeks coupon inserts as well as todays new ones. Can we say WOW! Phew!!! I can't remember the last time I actually had the coupons cut out on the same Sunday that they came in. I must be sick or something. Just kidding.

Yesterday's beginning chaos ended up okay after all. The music store called and told me that the new books were finally in and so I was able to get that taken care of. Yeah! After that, the kids and I headed to Wags and scored some more goodies.

Today is one of those days. I dropped off my DD at school and headed over to the vets office to pick-up my dogs meds that I had pre-paid for, over a week ago, and to which I had specifically asked them to call me for when they got them in. They never called and so I called them yesterday to find out that they had forgotten to call me. Nice. So today I called and got the message that they open at 7:30am M-F. I have read so many good blog posts, deals, and savings and such, that I figured that it's time I start my own blog in itty bitty steps.

My main goal that I am setting for myself is to see if I can become more frugal. Granted, I do pretty good already by watching sales and using Q's, but apparently I am in personal need of reassurance because now that I am buying more organic products, I am seeing my OOP increase and my savings decrease. Quite the opposite of what I intended...
