First a little about me. I am a proud mom of 2 children( 1 boy who will be 15 dec 26 and one girl who will be 6 on oct 28). I am happily married for about 11 yrs. this coming Feb.2008. I am going to cvcc to improve my eduction and hopefully to find a good job when I gt done.
I am hoping to learn to keep better track of our money and where is going to help us with getting out of debt and plan better for our future. (I listen to Dave Ramsey on 106.9 and it is very helpful).
I am so impressed with this site and the education it gives about using coupons and rebates and money that is awesome.

I am sending off for my first 2 rebates today , one for Hunt's ketchup another for Ritz crackers. I am using http://rebatetracker.com/Default.aspx

I am so curious about rebates since I have never tried them, this is a good time to start:)

I am still learning how to use coupons and save money at cvs and Bi-lo's and Lowes food and Harris Teeters.

I am going to start posting the amounts of my shopping OOP. I hope that with everyone's help that I can get our grocery bill down to just a few hundred dollars a month or less.
I also use 2 sites that pay you well, one site I get paid through paypal . I can withdrawl a amount when my total hits 10.00 so that is helpful and another site I 've been using for a few yrs(they send you a check). I am glad they don't ask you anything hard to do bc I would not have time for that.
I am hoping to start making a dent in our bills soon.
