ok, I got a idea of debt ( house, van, med, ect.) 8/24/08

I went into excell and typed the names across the top of the cell then below it what the amounts are for each one.
I am going to try to keep up with the payments and - each amount pd from what I pay.
instead of saved amount from groc going to savings, I may try to send it to the bills to cut them down faster while I am in school.
I am hoping to have a little left after my books and classes from my pell grant. I don't know yet if ,I will or not .
I really want to use alot of our tax $ to pay off the van or get it very low so we can knock it out the first coupkle of mos. in 09.

| |  well, I know 1 thing if nothing else . It always sounds much easier than it really is. I also know each time I get started on this or think I have it , something comes up. However, I am thinking about giving it shot. The biggest bill , we have is the house 76,000. There is only 1 way to eat a elephant and that is 1 bite at a time. I will be so gald when I get through this degree and get a job. Another paycheck coming in would help alot. |

| | smallest debts would be medical bills. I was thinking about this today, instead of studing for test after labor day. at the end of the mo. I may get a check from the rest of the pell grant the I didn't use and If I can put that up for groceries , it should last until Christmas or Jan. Then take the amounts of what I spend at the grocery and just pay it toward the bills instead. Since I know that is about what I pd. OOP this mo. It would be about the same or less for sept. - Jan. I am trying to find wt to help cut the cost on our meats and reading about Target to stop by there on the way back from campus. I am not sure yet to which way I may do it. |
