back from DC and done w/ the 1st day of classes

We left out fri. mg at 4am for the 8 1/2 hr to 9 hr drive . We took the church bus and small trailer for everyones stuff.
14 of us went and yes, half were teenagers

I learned something , that in DC you can do plenty of walking but very little eating.
We found a few small places to eat but not many.
We made it back sunday afternoon around 8pm.
I had my first day of classes today and it went well and yes, homework the first day.
I have been trying to catch up on here and it is alot of reading .
Sunday , I didn't get a sunday paper.
Now lets see if the stores have some good deals for this wk.
