saved $33 on triples @H.T not to bad but to save it or use it?

I made 1 trip yesterday and took hubby w/ me and our youngest. I got a few things and of course 1-2 things (maybe) that I had not coupon for. We saved $33! OOP $17.00
I've been transferring the amount saved to savings and working toward getting some $ into the savings incase of E.R. would pop up and we would have some $ for it.
I Just started saving a few wks. ago and if I would add this it would be a hair less than 100.00 in there. But I am wondering if I should pay it on a bill.
I want to get some of our debts pd. We have got 1 bill pd. off as of last wk. but more to go.
I also I wanting to start planning for christmas since it is about 5 mos. away. I don't want it to be like last yr. for us.
