I found my weight loss journal while I was cleaning today, and I thought this was interesting and I would share
September 12, 2005
Weight -171.8
all measurements are the right side
Bicep - 12.50
Chest - 39.75
Waist- 36.50
Hips -44
Thigh -23.25
Body Fat 38.7
And my stats as of today-
Weight -
149 (official WI!)
Bicep- 11.50
Chest- 36
Waist- 33.75
Hips- 38.50
Thigh- 21
BMI 27.2!!!!!!
I've lost 15.25 inches ;) and of course, in between all of that I had a child, but you get the idea
