2009 Savings Beginning Feb 1st ending December 31st, I was out of town for January so it won't be counted this year.

Since we are having a bit of a financial strain at the moment and my job searching is not going well, we are trying to find other ways to trim the fat from our budget.

1) try to cut food expenses from 250/month to 150/month-i think this is totally doable since my stockpile is decent and i know how to coupon ! Dh has vowed to not eat out for lunch. We have not eaten out once for the month of feb! I like my homecooking better anyway!

Thats 1200$ a year 85/1200

HH/Food/eating out etc: 164.08/250.00
Savings:310.39
clothing/shoes/haircut: 0/36.36
Savings: 10.66
bday/xmas/gifts, etc: 71.91/90.90
Savings: 246.74
Gas: 40.00
Cigarettes: 30-dh still hasn't tried to quit, ughh...savings: 3.00
entertainment: 26.49

Feb 27th: SWM, HH, HV, PC, and Aldi's. Stocking up on bread with the earthgrains coupons, I needed a lot of produce today anyway, so that worked out well. I got 4 loaves, pretty much for free...
