Yesterday we drew names for christmas. Dh doesn't like to be in the drawing it's just me and ds.
I drew my 6 year old cousin (girl)
And ds drew his 30'ish great aunt
We also buy for my sister, nephew's ages 6 and 13 and my grandma
1) ds
2) dh
3) sister
4) nephew 6
5) nepew 13
6) aunt
7) cousin 6
8) grandma
Letting the brainstorming begin! I have 4 months to do the shopping, I am bound to get some bargins in that time frame!
Potential presents I already have: small sewing machine, my aunt or sis might like this, digital camera, a couple perfume/colgne sets.

I have already started too. My dh's family won't draw until thanksgiving. LOL, they think they have started way to early to start at thanksgiving. Bummer for me.
I have several robes and gift sets from yves rocher through ebates. That store pays a very high % back and they have great frees that I am using for stocking stuffers.
I have a gift closet for weddings/ baby and last minute bday gifts.
blanket/throws, robes, purses, travel bags sets, scented stuff, girlie girl nail polish sets/make up sets, summer toys, diapers, coffee pots, omelet makers, rice cookers/steamers and now the digital camera.
I stock the gift closet with the deals from wags, yves rocher, google checkout, after xmas clearance toys, summer clearance toys, and the the jcpenny 10/10 coupons. This year I hope to add some gift cards at xmas time. I do rebates and in the past there were deals for buying gift cards from fast food places or non alcohol stores.
No one knows they were cheap or free, well except for all us.Posted 09-01-2008 at 09:53:02 AM by thickbluebug
