Hurray! It's over! Hurray!

I'm so tired of saving money!!!

I think we did an awesome job. OK, I did an awesome job...DH never spends money to begin with.

With the help of DH's overtime and major belt tightening, we were able to pay towards our medical bills (drumroll please)...

$2000!!!!

It's been an interesting ride, and it's taught me a great deal....

OK, I spent money. Wastefully. I was too run down and blechhh after dragging myself to work still half sick with the flu to cook dinner. I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut and used the $5 off deal. It was $7.

Ask me if I have shame. My boys had to eat, and the thought of cooking made me...well, we won't go there.

I spent $3.75 at a produce stand today. I picked up a prescription for DS, but thanks to the discount program and a Rx transfer coupon I had $0 OOP and got a $25 gc to boot.

Whatever DS had Thursday he gave to me. I was sick as a dog by nighttime - good thing I was at my mom's!

DH spent $18 on gas.
