Where I post my coupon-related musings, and the weekly shopping trip excursions, helping me keep track of how much I've saved since I started this. Ideally, it'll keep going up! (:

Rolling those ECBs and making use of the new monthly freebies. My husband made a comment about buying a bunch of stuff we don't need; with that in mind I may skip the Brut deal (and I couldn't find the $2.69 stuff anyway -- maybe it's at a different store). In any case, I used up some ECBs and got a couple things that we could actually use.
CVS Bandaids: $3.98
Oral-B Crossaction two-pack: $6.99 x2
Carefree liners: $.88
Total: $18.84 pre-tax
Coupon: $.50
ECBs Used: $7.98 + $8.97
OOP with tax: $1.50
ECBs Gained: $3.98 + $6.99 + $6.99
In interesting news: The Monthly ad says the CVS bandages are Limit 2 -- but my receipt does NOT say I have reached my limit. Perhaps they raised it??? Hmmmm...

Actually I was looking at the forums and it said the limit WAS two, even if it didn't say so. Oh well.
It never hurts to wait a bit -- I didn't get the Listerine deal because I'm waiting for some $1 Smart Rinse coupons to show up!Posted 06-02-2008 at 10:12:57 AM by Kyrthira
