I let my stockpile dwindle for awhile - stopped the deals, because it's just the two of us, and up until about 2 months ago, our local food pantry didnt' take non-food items.

But a few deals have come up that I couldn't refuse! I did find out that my closest CVS closed :sad: -- if I want to continue with CVS it's about 45 minutes to drive to it, so it had better be a really good deal. That was depressing. Ode to CVS: you gave me so many nice things for such a low OOP...I...

After starting couponing last summer with the KMart deal, I had to slow down quite a bit - there's only so much "saving" the budget can take!

But I've gotten some really great deals the last few weeks.

$.25 Grillin Beans from WAlmart after the $1 coupon...

And "pay me to take it off your hands" Crest toothpaste at Walgreens. and now $20 RR to spend. :)

Jeez...where do I start?

Dh and I are trying to pay off a significant amount of debt - over $70,000 when you add in the student loans. Finding HCW through another group was really great - I've never used coupons like this before!

I'm sticking mostly with H&B. If I stockpile food, we tend to eat it...and since we're in the "losing weight" category, too, well...
