Tomorrow will be exactly one year since i started WW (for the 3rd time, in 7 years). Today i am at the lowest weight in 7 years. About 7 years ago i started ww, lost about 25+/- lbs, stopped going and gained weight back. About 4 years ago i went back and lost about 40lbs. Last October i literally woke up and was at my highest weight ever. I am 5'2" and was 216lbs. It is bitter sweet that i am 47+ lbs lighter BUT i still think about the what ifs. I have had some ups and downs but am so happy to be where i am. I remember in Jan/Feb, i was around 180something, the weight i was at when i started WW the very first time 7 years prior. I don't know what makes this time different, but i can feel it is. I only have 33lbs to go until i reach goal! I'm estimating something between late March and Early May.

Today it seemed much warmer, our bodies are adjusting nicely. We are working on keeping lights off as much as possible BUT not living in the dark. We opened up all the windows to let the natural light in.

Thanks for the posts.

My first bog EVER.

I am on day two of 67o thermostat. Down from 72-75 depending on my mood :shrug7:The biggest thing i have noticed is we sit too much :giggle2:. If i am up doing something, i am not cold. My boys also stayed in their underwear far too much. It's interesting to see them in clothes while we are at home. :hysterical: I found 2 windows that were no locked into place, we have newer windows (our house is 8 years old). If the windows are locked they are virtually draft proof. I opened up all the curtains and mini blinds. Our bedroom is the coldest. It also doubles as dh's office, and i am not sure how he will function. I am now toying with the idea of using a space heater. We have one that plugs in and looks like a radiator. I heard on the today show, that using an electric blanket costs less than turning the heat up.

We need to replace weatherstripping on both doors.

Does anyone have a clue, if the aquarium is using that much energy with the light on? Is it worth it to not have it on, it is rather close to a window.
