Tomorrow will be exactly one year since i started WW (for the 3rd time, in 7 years). Today i am at the lowest weight in 7 years. About 7 years ago i started ww, lost about 25+/- lbs, stopped going and gained weight back. About 4 years ago i went back and lost about 40lbs. Last October i literally woke up and was at my highest weight ever. I am 5'2" and was 216lbs. It is bitter sweet that i am 47+ lbs lighter BUT i still think about the what ifs. So today was much better and last night for that matter.
Today it seemed much warmer, our bodies are adjusting nicely. We are working on keeping lights off as much as possible BUT not living in the dark. We opened up all the windows to let the natural light in.
I am on day two of 67o thermostat. Down from 72-75 depending on my mood :shrug7:The biggest thing i have noticed is we sit too much . If i am up doing something, i am not cold. My boys also stayed in their underwear far too much. It's interesting to see them in clothes while we are at home. I found 2 windows that were no locked into place, we have newer windows (our house is 8 years old). If the windows are locked they are virtually draft...
