Days 3 & 4

Yesterday was day 3 of P90X, so I did the arm/shoulder and ab workouts. I'm a little sore, but it honestly hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be. My husband says it looks like I'm losing weight already!

I did pretty well eating yesterday too. Here's what I had:
3 bananas
2 pieces white toast
2 T Peanut butter
2 apples
2 chocolate chip cookies
2 pieces Bliss dark chocolate
2 potatoes
1/2 c vegetarian, 99% FF chili

Before Pics & Days 1 & 2

I'm having trouble getting my before pics to load, so I'll try again later on those.


I did the pretest yesterday morning and then did the day 1 workout. Here are my pretest stats and goals:
Weight: 154 (actually less than I was expecting)
Goal Weight: 138
BMI: 27.3
Goal BMI: 24


Resting heart rate - 79
Push ups - 7 regular (not girl push ups)
start height (arm up) - 6ft 5in
vertical jump - 7ft 3in

Start the P90X Challenge!

I'm sick of being chubby! I lost 20 pounds on weight watchers last fall, but I dropped out after hitting a 6 week plateau in February. I've put 7 pounds back on since then.

So, I've decided that I need to do something to get myself back into bikini shape! I'll be starting the P90X workout next Monday, June 1st. It's a pretty intense 1 hour per day workout.

I'll also be working on my eating. I gave up meat in September, which I think is partially responsible for...
