140 - Whoo Hooo

I started off at 147, my short term goal is 135.
Today, with the montly going (that normaly causes weight gain/bloating), I got on the scale. 140lbs!! WHOO HOOO!!!!
5 more pounds to go!
Yesterday was a bad food day. I ate chips in the middle of the day. I had a beer right before bed too.
Getting on the scale this morning is motivating to keep going and put down the chips and beer.
Once I notice a plateau I will start trying to "diet" better. I'm excited the nutri trim gum is free after ECB's this month! I'm going to max it out and have dh do the same.
YAY!!
