Posted 01-27-2008 at 11:26:56 PM by JeepMom Couponing- I really only use coupons at CVS and now starting to reshop Walgreens again. I had a cashier @ Wag call me a criminal a few months back. She always gives me a hard time when I shop.
So today, I'm at wag and the lady in front of me is purchasing some hair dye that is on sale. I have ALL my coupons and I know I have q's that could help her. Well the woman is being a total beeotch to the cashier. I decided to NOT give her coupons. I felt bad for the cashier. I told the cashier, "If it makes you feel better, I had coupons that could have saved her money but she was being so rude to you that I opted to not give them to her." The cashier smiled. I told her I used to work retail and mean people tick me off when it comes to cashiers.
Weight loss - I have set goal. I really want to reach it. I have a short term and long term goals. My short term is 135, my long term is 125. I started out at 145. Last week I quit snacking. This is big. I would sit and graze all day. I am going back to the basics of when I was a kid. 3 meals a day. I've lost 2 lbs. Not a ton, but a good start. Tonight I started eating off a kids plate. It's smaller, holds less food. When the plate was empty I was full. Proving, I was eating more because the plate would hold more. I have no real time frame for the goals but I feel better just setting them and finding my own way to get there. |
