| | Great start!hi jane4girls! Your off to a great start!:BigHand: I don't think I could get my budget down to $800.00 ~ would love to but not in this area I live. Do you think you could set it this low if you didn't have CVS? I ask because I can tell that is where you do most of your shopping. I too have a family of 4 & no CVS :frown: I do have walgreens & Riteaid, but you all seem to get better deals with having the ecb's. What would be your budget for the year if CVS wasn't an option? I have no doubt you'll make your goal for the year! Love reading about your great deals! |

| | Hi mytuesdays, yes...CVS helps out big time. I know my budget would be higher without the help from CVS...I would say closer to $1200 a year, and only if I needed HBA stuff since I am major stocked up. I do take advantage of "buying" milk, eggs and bread with my ECB...which helps stretch the dollars. But I do take advantage of the double and triple coupons that my store offers also...and buy in groups of 3 (since that is all they will double or triple) to get my costs down also. Another thing...being we don't eat much meat helps out too...but on the otherhand fresh veggies and fruit are expensive sometimes. |

| | the boost deal is for those of us who have that dreaded fatass disease (pronounced fa-tass) buy 3 of the 8 packs at 6.99 and get $5 ecb. use the 4/20 health and any boost coupons to bring it down. I actually just needed a filler and didn't want any more dang candy, lol |
