I was thinking this morning on where will I draw the line as far as stocking up. First off with our family of six having enough toilet paper, and laundry detergent never seems to add up in the cupboards fast enough to stock. I really do try to have at least 2 laundry detergents on hand same as toothpaste. shampoo, soap and toilet paper packs.

I noticed that I am letting myself be ok with other brands of things that I would never buy before. At times like these I really need to focus on stocking up items that we use daily. I just don't want to be a hoarder and be called the crazy lady,lol!

Sun is shining on my face, and I am seeing a few spurts of color coming out.

I have a lot to do this Spring. I need to take a good hard look at my home exterior, and interior. What do people see when they pull up to my home.

Do I have all the kids toys in the driveway and landscape? How about my siding? Man does it need some TLC a.k.a. power washer.

My front door and sidelights need a piant job. I need to think about my first garden and what I really will use in the garden, not just plant tons of things that just go to waste.

What about my entryway?

Ok, now my mind is going now about the inside of my home. Going will be the heavy down comforters, and blankets. I will go through everyone one of my four childrens clothing.

Since clearances should be hitting big in Spring in Summer. I will hit those rock bottom prices on jeans, jackets, snow pants, boots (holy cow $15.00 per pr. times 4) And any winter clothing. Better to go bigger then smaller.

Thrift stores will start taking all the warmer clothing out. So now is the time to go to thrift stores. I love to see classic styles that are not too trendy on big sites like GAP, OLD NAVY and then try to piece outfits that look similar at the thrift store.

Also since grilling season is in I will contact companies for coupons for charcoal for our grill.

I did say last summer that I want to invite more people over.Even in these harder times their is usually always enough for extra added guests. That's the beauty of couponing.

Since starting couponing I have been stocking up on things that I can use for fast meals, and meals for many. Sometimes I just have to get creative and learn to use what's on hand. It's the thought that counts!

Well off to chow on some homemade salsa that I made.

- Some of mine is ditch the phone landline

- While couponing really looking at what we have already in the cupboards and freezer and using these items up.

- Just because it is really cheap will I use it or will it go on the shelf and rot? So unless it is FREE I will steer away. If it is FREE I promise myself that I will give to others in need.

- I will teach others what others have taught me. Couponing and giving to people is great within reason but after they start taking advantage and asking for things makes you wonder if they can help themselves. So teach them and give them the tools to learn and do things for themselves.

- Use my 1 to 1 rule. For every junky food eat a healthy food.
