Week 1 weight loss

ok... of the 35 lbs that I want to lose this year... as of this morning I lost 3 lbs. Not great... but not bad. I haven't really ramped up yet.

I have increased my exercise though. i am trying to get to Body Pump (fantastic class at the gym) at least once, if not twice, per week. The trick is that most of the classes don't match up well with times that I can get there. But, hey, something is better than nothing, right? My goal for the gym is at least 3 times per week... The other nights will be just weights and cardio.
