Healthy Whole Wheat Banana Nut Pancakes

We had a silly supper last night. Actually, it was more because I was having a fun day of playing with my kids and forgot it was time to make dinner 
Anyways, I threw together these pancakes and they were DELISH! Here is my made up recipe...
). And then cook em up and serve with warm syrup!
Total cost for me to make these (with my free/almost free goodies) with leftovers $1.50
Yummy, healthy and full of grains, milk, fruit & protein! The perfect meal!

- 2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp. baking powder (make sure it is double acting)
- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas
- 1 container of banana, apple & pear baby food (because I got it on super sale at Publix this week and it is great to add to this kind of recipe!)
- Sprinkle or two of salt
- Milk--add until batter is a bit runny
- 1/2 c of chopped pecans
