First newspaper subscription

Okay, okay, I know I'm being cheesy about this, but I was so excited for my first newspaper subscription. lol It's like when you are young, and get your first checkbook, first store cards, etc. lol I have never had a newspaper subscription. It started perfect timing too. On Sunday. So I open up my door to find..5 newspapers! Yep, they have a couponers deal out here to get one paper everyday, but 5 on Sundays! So, my first delivery was the 5 papers. Each one with all the inserts (course none of those free dog treats! :frown:) I will still get my others from my grandma's, but now that I'm looking for other family members, I thought it was time to get a subscription! lol It was also perfect timing, as being sick, and it snowing outside too, so I didn't have to walk down to the store newspaper machine and buy one paper at $1.50-$2.00.
No deals today, since I don't shop on Sundays unless I have to. But yesterday I tested out using a P&G ecoupon at Smith's with a mfg, since I read on the FAQ's it was allowed. I used the $5 ecoupon and a $5 mfg for the Febreze Noticeables that were $8.99. And it actually worked! It was awesome! But I was told we could only do it once, as the coupon would only go on once. It worked, but for some reason the ecoupon is still there to use. So, I'm not sure if I can do it again or not. Wondering if it's worth the $3.99 to try or not. Also going to try using my first ecoupon from Shortcuts.com too. Ours don't double, but there was one for .50 cents off Cottonelle, and I have .50 cents q's. And they are .99 cents. If it does work will probably only get it once, but one free thing of TP and Febreeze is still nice! LOL I'm guessing everyone will be getting different kinds of air fresheners for Christmas this year, as there's been lots of deals on them! LOL
