Trying to keep up

Well, today I tried to get a jump on tomorrow's sales at Albies. I have noticed that sometimes they put some things on sale early before the day of the sale. So I found the Crest toothpaste for $1. I had a $1 q with many different types listed, but none matched. So I used a q for $1/2 of any. Making them basically 2 for $1, or .50 cents each. I got 2 for myself, and 2 for my parents small stockpile I'm building. They're paying me back, of course. But my way of helping. I went to see if the Green Giant Steamers had been changed to .99 cents, but they weren't. So I'll have to go get those tomrorow morning! Free veggies!! Woohoo!! I hope it works alright. I also got three rainchecks as well. I'm trying to use those wisely, and make sure I get them just in case. I got rainchecks for three items that were on sale for 10/$10 ending today. 5oz cans of Valley Fresh chicken, Dawn Ultra, and Whisker Lickin' cat treats. I still have $1 q's, and hoping to get more! lol These cat treats are all for my parents too. As I'm couponing I'm learning more and more. Learning about rainchecks, and now I'm looking for deal for others. Many want to be taught how to coupon now as well.

Not to mention I am getting more into trading on here as well. I sent three out this morning, and that was the most I have ever done! LOL But I'm enjoying it. I see the need for great organization though to make sure things run easier. Right now I've still got my stuff spread out on the floor, as I'm trying to organize my coupons and binder. I got behind for a week or two, and now it's taken awhile to catch up. lol So, I have inserts to go through, and put away, and put away the cut inserts in my binder, etc. I am also highly considering get a newspaper subscription now too, since I'm looking for deals for other family members as well now too.

And the last thing is to try to organize when I bring it home, and make sure things get put away! lol My stockpile is slowly building, but the fact that it is building is exciting to me. And trying to learn about stockpiling, experation dates, and more. As I get more deals, I learn new things, and progress even further in couponing. So much to share, keep track of, and do! lol But I'm really enjoying it, and would still continue to coupon even if it was a bit extra work. I can do what I want at my own time, and in my own ways. Plus, it's worth it to me to try and stretch my dollars as far as possible! Now if only they had coupons for house payments, electricity, water, etc! LOL That'll be the day! LOL
