As you all know, HCW went down for quite a while today. I mentioned to my best friend/co-worker that I didn't get my fix this morning.

As the day wore on I found myself getting annoyed by the nasally way she was talking and simply told her to please stop speaking. I also may have said a few other things to her that she took as mean.

She had finally had enough and as I was leaving she said the meanest thing she could think of and it just about ripped my heart...

Is it justifiable homicide if I kill my DH for forgetting to turn off is alarm for the 3rd time in the last month or so?

He gets up at 5 am. I get up between 7 and 8 am. I do not use an alarm clock. I have an inner alarm clock and like to wake up slowly and gently. Needless to say it is very unpleasant to be woken up very early by an annoying alarm clock and I have a hard time getting back to sleep.

Me (hesitantly because we've discussed her getting a tattoo before and I said no. LOL): Yeeeessss...
DD18: Do you think Chinese people get tattoos of American writing on their shoulders?

How come when you're wearing shorts and walking alot one side seems to always ride up where you have to do the quick tug and the other side doesn't?

Wouldn't it be really cool to be able to take your laptop to the store with you and when you see a good deal or you confirm one you whip it out and start posting away? I can imagine the stares. LOLOL
