I would have had an awesome shopping trip this afternoon, except for Hubby's "necessary" requests. Beer and Bread. Not just any bread. Special bread from the bakery section at $5 a loaf! :hectic1:

Oh and when did Angel Food cake get to be $7?!?! I had to buy it for a get together this Saturday. But good grief!

Still I managed to save over $50 with coupons and sale items...not including an MIR for Excedrin $4.99.

Sunday is my normal grocery shopping day. I take my Trooper Bear (a 2 year old Malamute) to Agility Training in the morning, pick up a paper, go through the coupons and make my list, and then head out.

For some reason yesterday I was VERY tired and not focused at all. So I ended up getting a late start and my whole shopping experience was not so fun. :hectic1:

I started at Walgreens ... at which point I realized that I totally forgot the cooler chest so I bought one at...

I went to Rite Aid this morning. I made a list and should have checked it twice, but overall I did really great. I'm SO excited and look forward to turning in my rebate online at the end of the month.

My only issue is that I thought the Sami i style haircare product because I thought it was a rebate item but I am lame...it's only on rebate from 6/1 to 6/3 only. :hectic1:Dang it! So I'm actually going to return it. I hope that is okay!!!
