Love My ECBs!

I started CVSing months ago after joining HCW but had slacked off recently with rolling and growing my ECBs. But after our income level took a hit, I figured I should start back up again to help with getting items we need. I'm not great at the rolling and growing concept, but I'm working on it.
Saturday, I needed to get some pull-ups for DS, so I headed over to CVS to use my ECBs and Qs for the Pampers Easy Ups. Got there and they had no Easy Ups in DS' size. So I headed out to Wal-Mart. My Mom, who was with me, reminded me there was another CVS near Wal-Mart.
Right as I entered the store, there was a table with items 50-90% off. One item caught my eye instantly - a pink and black Case-It binder with handle and shoulder strap! There was no price, just a sign saying 50% off. I put it in my cart as the cashier was helping someone else and headed back towards the diapers. No 2T Easy Ups but I took the binder up to the register for a price check. It was $4.49. Perfect!
