printing coupons

could someone help me please. Every time i try to print coupons from hcw I get the following message Unable to Print Coupons
Please check that your default printer is turned on and working properly. I have tried everything anyone have any suggestions thanks so much

| | I disabled my firewall and pop up blocker. Do you have any other suggestions please. |
