School Supply Donations Update #3

Two more weeks, and $19.86 more to go before I'm done with this challenge. Here's what I've accumulated since my last post:

I only picked up a few things this past week, and I still have $23.69 of $30.00 remaining.

School Supply Donations Update #1

Last week, I made a goal of spending $5.00 per week until the end of August on school supplies to donate to a local shelter that hosts a school for children staying there. I got such great deals during the week of July 19th, that I was stretching to spend the $5.00. I ended up only spending $3.92 OOP for the items listed below. Instead of sticking to $5.00 a week, I'll just be working from the lump sum of $30.00 for the six weeks (week of July 19th-week of August 23rd). $26.08 to go....

Starting tomorrow, and for the rest of July and August, I'll be devoting $5 a week of my stockpiling money to school supplies. At the end of August, I'll donate all the supplies I've purchased to the local women's shelter. The shelter has a school for the children who are staying there so they can continue their studies and stay safe at the same time. I'm excited to see how much I can buy for the little ones! I already have some items thanks to the great sale at CVS this past week, and...
