Yesterday morning, once I was finished with my pt, I decided to walk over to a Rite Aid that's near by the pt office. I had with me an envelope with some coupons that expire soon, so I wanted to see if I could score any good deals. So I'm practically a prisoner in my own home, due to tendonitis and I am going bonkers! X-rays showed calcification on my right Achilles heel and have been ordered to stay off my foot. Great! All the deals I had lined up at 3 drugstores and 2 grocery stores went out the door! First thing I did when I got home from the hospital was to check on the expiration dates on the ECB, UP, RR, catalinas and q's. I have time. Well, today is Monday, and I'm staying home. I'm feeling a bit under the weather and I'm feeling not too happy with myself. Not because I'm sick but because yesterday I did the unforgivable, the unpardonable, to any true-blue couponer. I went grocery shopping without coupons! Hold your horses, stop the presses! Last night, despite the chill, I decided to venture out to one of my grocery stores, A & P, for a look-see. At 3:20 am, my SO turned on the lights and said, "Get up, get dressed, the mall is calling us!" He was ready with his jacket and hat on! Off we go, park and into the mall. Not too many people. Good, won't have to wait on those horribly long lines, well, he does, I sit down! We were in the first store and five minutes later, I get stomach cramps! I made a beehive for the restrooms. Darn eggnog! Ten minutes later I'm out and we head for another store. Five minutes past and here...
