My initiation as a flea market vendor!

Since my apartment flood last month, my living room looks like an unkept stockroom. Bags, small plastic boxes and cartons all over. Filled with stuff that I kept telling my SO I was saving to sell at the flea market. Well, we finally did it yesterday! I was so excited! Got up at 4:30am (flea market opens at 6:00 am) and it's a little over an hour ride for us. We parked behind two tables. The place was already mobbed at that hour, and the people were all over our tables while we were still taking the boxes out of the car and and things out of the boxes! Needless to say, I sold 75% of my stuff within the first hour and 1/2! I was psyched! My SO was also excited! He had tons of toys he had in storage and they were disappearing faster than he could place them on the table!

Around 11:00 am, we noticed vendors packing and leaving and by 12:30 pm we could not take the sun anymore and decided to pack what was not sold and leave. This place is huge and we noticed by this time, 75% of the vendors had left.

We stopped at a rest stop to eat a lunch I had packed, and decided to add this new venture to our list of favorite things to do!
