Mom/Wife on strike......

Do you ever just feel like sreaming just because you know if you do not,then the tears will soon fall.
I went on strike today at 6PM,so now my lazy family will have to sink or swim. I am talking about my 11 yo dd and hubby. Sami seems to think she is at the Marriott and my DH seems to think I have servant tatooed to my forhead.
I do NOT expect my DH to do much of nothing at home because he does work 70-80 hours a week...but geeze can you not pick up your trash,fill the tank up and clean the car out once in a great while.
Example: He is laying on the couch,I go into the laundry room to put on another load of clothes,I ask if will carry the load of clean clothes to my chair....maybe 15 feet....yeh,here I come....in the meantime,I am standing in the laundry room waiting....I get tired of waiting and I lift it up and carry it to livingroom.
Hubby: Why did you lift that,why did you not call me,I would of helped.:mad6::mad6:
(I AM NOT SUPPOSED TO LIFT OVER 5 POUNDS DUE TO MY OPEN ABDOMINAL WOUND)
So yes,I do need help from time to time.
DD:She Will not clean up after herself,she just leaves it for me. I have begged,punished and just right out suspended all her priviledges,but nothing. If you give her a list of chores to do,she will drag around moping,blowing thru her nose and grumbling under her breath.
ALL these behaviors++++many more have been going on for quiet a while so tonight,I fixed their favorite comfort meal...they were so happy....
After Dinner...I stood up and announced that I was No longer going to be treated with disrespect for my feelings.I told them that until they could change their adittudes towards me,they would both have to pay me for any services that they could not go without me doing(Cooking/Laundry)
50 cent a day for Sami & 3.00 for Robert.
Robert get $25.00 a week for golfing or what ever he wants to spend it own,its his.
I figure after a few weeks of only having 4.00 he might think some.
Sami gets $5.00 a week,so after only having$1.50 to blow everyweek,she will see that it is in her best interest to pick up her trash,keep her room semi clean and carry dirty clothes to the laundry room.
This is the list of things I will NO longer do until changes are maid on"let the maid do it hill".
Sami's List:
No shopping,No Extra $$$ making oppurtunities,No Radio,CD's,TV,Phone,Movie rentals,Movie outings and friends spending the weekend.
Of coarse she huffed and puffed.
Roberts List:
No more special trips to get special treats,no back/feet massages,no more golf fund,and no more hanky panky....
Now I am gonna just sit back and do nothing for a week and see how it goes.
Please pray for me.....
