Free Mars chocolate

Did you try to get your free mars chocolate coupon this morning? I sat by the computer this morning waiting for 9 AM to come so I could be sure to win. I kept plugging in my birthday, and the page would (very) slowly pop up that I won. So I'd try to continue & I just kept getting error messages & then I'd time out & then I started all over again. Finally after 20 minutes, the address box popped up - and the security code wouldn't load. I kept trying to reload it, and after another 10 minutes, it finally loaded. So now i tried to you know, actually click enter or whatever I had to hit in order for the info to send, and I kept getting MORE error messages. I understand that lots of people are trying to get their coupons all at once, I understand that a site will be slow & that's fine, but all of the error messages were starting to aggravate me. It finally went through, and I congratulated myself on the fact that my time was worth it - only to get an error message saying that I had already entered. I hope after all that I actually get my coupon! I know candy is what, 50 cents on sale, but grr I wasted all that time! I knew I shouldn't have bothered. At least we got our free KFC meal on Tuesday, right?

I know companies don't have to offer coupons, but I do get upset when they offer a coupon & then don't live up to their promises. After the KFC debacle this week, you'd think Mars would've been prepared.
